Ride Allegheny

Members of Ride Allegheny will again take on the four day, 325 mile bicycle ride from Pittsburgh, PA to Gaithersburg, MD. The 2012 Freedom Ride will take place Oct. 3-6, 2013. Visit the official Ride Allegheny website for more information! View the 2010 video.

The Sergeant's Program

Having been in business for over 20 years, The Sergeant's Program is the oldest civilian Bootcamp program in the country.  The Sergeant's Program utilizes a unique conditioning routine designed to whip even the flabbiest of recruits into decent shape within a few short weeks and keeps them in shape through "maintenance," which is ongoing after the initial phase of the program. The combination of "accountability," "camaraderie," "uniformity" and the overall fun members have makes The Sergeant's Program different from any other bootcamp programs out there.
