APPLICATION FORM

The OSC Scholarship Program seeks to further the organization’s mission of support for wounded, ill, and injured service members/veterans and their families through need-based dependent financial assistance grants, to aid in the pursuit of higher education. During each academic period, OSC will award grants of up to $3,500 to a select number of dependent children who are high school seniors.

ELIGIBILITY
The OSC Scholarship Program seeks to further the organization’s mission of support for Veterans and their families through need-based financial assistance to aid in the pursuit of higher education. OSC will award a one-time grant of up to $3,500 to a select number of dependent high school seniors of qualifying service members (10 scholarships will be awarded). OSC Scholarship award recipients reflect a character befitting the sacrifices made by their sponsoring service members. Eligibility: Unmarried dependent children of deceased, wounded, injured, or ill Veteran in their senior year of high school. The dependent child must be seeking an advanced degree from an accredited College or a certification from an accredited vocational or technical institution. The sponsoring Veteran is required to have a VA disability combat related rating of 70% or higher or deceased from injuries related to combat deployment.

DONATE TO THE 2024 SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Donations $2,000 or greater are eligible to carry the name of the donor! Award recipients can receive a scholarship with your loved one’s name if the donation is made in honor or memory of them, or with your company/organization’s name featured.
